Extreme Custom's Customer Order Cancelation Policy covers Products sold by Extreme Customs LLC. no matter if you purchase products and services from our websites, send payment by mail, transfer payment electronically, or when you call our sales associates and order on the phone. |

All canceled orders will be charged a 20% cancelation-restocking fee. Orders that include Mounting and Balancing Service will also be subject to additional $18 per wheel charge. Once a Order is shipped you may no longer cancel that order. Returning orders without a RA (Return Authorization) Number will Result in our Receiving Department refusing the shipment, adding extra charges. Refer to our Return Policy before returning any products.

Why we Charge a Restocking Fee |

Once we receive an order our automated order process begins to fulfill your order request. Sometimes within minutes after placing an order, the manufacturer is packing your order for shipping. Our suppliers charge us restocking fees, and pulling and preparing product for shipment costs us time and money. Rather than raising our prices to cover the added costs incurred by irresponsible ordering practices we charge the client that incurred the costs instead.
