Extreme Custom's Product Return Policy covers Products sold by Extreme Customs LLC. no matter if you purchase products and services from our websites, send payment by mail, transfer payment electronically, or when you call our sales associates and order on the phone. |

Return - Restocking Fee |

You will be charged a 20% restocking fee when the wheels are returned to us WITH NO EXCEPTION. You are also going to be charged the full shipping charges to you, and you will be responsible for return shipping arrangements for the product(s) back to us. If you ordered a wheel/tire package and we mount and balance them you will also be charged $18 PER WHEEL/TIRE (4 x $18 = $72).

You MUST get an RA (Return Authorization) number from us BEFORE you decide to ship the product(s) back to us. You may return product(s) as long as they are in NEW condition (meaning they were not even put on/in the vehicle), within 10 days of the purchase date.

Returned goods MUST be in NEW CONDITION (Never Installed). Extreme Customs Reserves the right to refuse returns for goods not meeting these standards. Electronics Must be Unopened to qualify for refunds. If you have any questions, call for more information.

Some items you will find on our websites are Not Refundable. This is because these items are Built on Demand or Our suppliers have this Policy in place. We do our best to advise you in advance when a item is Non-Refundable, but if you want to be sure ask before you buy.
