RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges will be handled the same way. Extreme will accept returns on unmounted, unused product(s) within 30 days of the date they were delivered. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from, Extreme and/or Extreme's vendors. You will also be charged a 25% restocking fee unless there was a prior arrangement with Extreme. Buyer will receive the balance in the form of an in-store credit to be used for a future purchase unless there was a prior arrangement with Extreme. The prior arrangement must be agreed to, in writing, by Extreme and the buyer. The buyer MUST receive an RMA number from Extreme prior to shipping the product(s) back to Extreme. If the buyer doesn’t receive an RMA number, Extreme and/or its vendors will refuse the shipment(s) and the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Wheels cannot be returned after tires have been mounted; nor tires returned after they have been driven on. Wheels that are build to order and/or custom painted can not be returned nor exchanged.

If the buyer uses any of the financing companies Extreme offers and are wanting to return an order, the buyer will be responsible for return transit as well as to insure the return for the total sales amount. The buyer is responsible to ensure it is returned in the same condition as it was received. Failure to do so will result in the return being refused and sent back to the buyer.






IMPORTANT: Please only submit your return request ONCE! Duplicate requests can cause your return process to take longer. Please allow 24 hours for us to process your request and send you a RMA number with further instructions.
